Can self-employed applicants get a mortgage loan?

Yes. SENP and SEP profiles are eligible with rates starting from 11.99% p.a. Income is assessed through banking, ITR and a personal discussion where required.

Yes. Balance transfer with a top-up is available, which can reduce your interest rate and release additional funds in the same facility.
